Unique 360 Ecommerce Table
The 360 Ecommerce Table is a device especially designed for 2 types of specialized photography.
The first is 360 degree photography where multiple photographs of an object are taken at a constant degree of rotation and at a constant angle of incidence.
Here in java script or flash, it is possible to rotate the product on a website by dragging the mouse across the image, offering the customer a 360 view of the product.
The second is for ecommerce sites that sell thousands of very similar products to get a very high degree of consistency in the images of these products and to greatly speed up and simplify the work flow for the taking of these images.
The consistency of angles of views will be maintained across thousands of images, to give a sense of symmetry and balance to the ecommerce website.
The 360 Ecommerce table is made of a very robust aluminum frame that houses the stepper motor and electronics for controlling the stepper motor.
The front end of the 360 Ecommerce Table has a double arm and support that mounts the camera, there is a tilt adjustment built in to fine tune the angle of view.
The sides of the double arm are mounted on a very heavy duty tilting system that permits 9 angles of incidence or views to the table, from straight flat to the ground to vertically down to the product table. In the back it has a solid frame that helps support a background for the table, be it paper or a flexible plastic background.
The controls of the rotating table can be programmed for a constant speed of turn or to a push button system where with each click the table rotates to a fixed degree of rotation.
Further a HDMI monitor can be attached to the table to view images from the camera where it would not be possible to view images on the LCD or through the viewfinder.
