Description
Body Mass Index, or BMI, is not a highly accurate way to gauge one’s health, because it does not account for muscle mass or variation in body types. A better way to measure is to use BIA, or Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis. This Body Fat Analyzer sends an undetectable electrical current through your skin to make a calculation of total body fat percentage. Although your level of hydration can affect the result, BIA is recognized as an accurate way to measure body fat percentage. It is recommended to measure twice a month, in the evening at approximately the same time of day. The meter has a highly portable design and is easy to use. Take it with you anywhere you travel!
